📦 How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times begin once your order is marked as "shipped" and a tracking number is provided.
📦 How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and come with a tracking number. You’ll receive this via email once your order is shipped.
🔄 What if my delivery is delayed or lost?
We rely on Australia Post tracking. If your parcel is late or missing, we’ll open an investigation with them. This process can take up to 10 business days.
If the tracking says your parcel is delivered, you’ll need to raise the issue directly with Australia Post.
🔄 Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is not faulty or incorrect, return shipping is at your cost. However, if you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement free of charge once we receive the original item.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt

🔄 Are sale items returnable?
No, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🔄 How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
🛒 Stockist Orders - What are the shipping details for stockists?
- Minimum order: AUD $450 / NZD $500 (excluding GST).
- Shipping is arranged by us and charged at checkout. Bulky items may incur additional charges.
- GST of 10% applies to Australian orders.
